Fendi bets on the real estate market with the construction of 74 luxury homes on the Golden Mile of Marbella.



If you are passionate about fashion, you have had to look for furniture to decorate your home, or you are a regular at The Luxonomist, surely you know the Fendi brand. However, what you almost certainly do not know is that the firm has embarked on its first real estate adventure in our country through its real estate division, Fendi Casa. He has done it in one of the most luxurious places: in Marbella.
Thus, Fendi Casa has chosen the most valued coast in the country for the construction of Epic Marbella, a complex of 74 homes, which will be located on the golden mile. “The best among the best”, as the classic would say. The first phase, made up of 18 luxurious homes, was recently completed, although the best is always yet to come.

And it is that, despite the strong economic recession that covid-19 has caused in our country, our way of understanding life, the magnificent weather that we show off and, why not say it, the warm welcome we give to the external, means that the interest in residing in our country does not decrease, or contrary: it increases.
The luxury sector is an inherent part of this interest, so this property development is proving to be a success. Its main promoter is Sierra Blanca Estates, with extensive experience in the sector, but at The Luxonomist we always like to highlight the work of the architecture and design studios behind each project, which is why in this case we are going to talk about the expert hands of the architect Teodoro Cabrilla.



180 million euros have been invested
The collaboration of Fendi Casa in the project brings, especially in its phases II and III, the glamor and style of the Italian brand, which translates into the application of its most modern designs. The urbanized surface will reach 48,000 square meters, and each residence will have between two and four parking spaces, outdoor swimming pools, abundant garden areas and high standing common areas.
In total, the companies are going to invest some 180 million euros, create 150 direct jobs and another 150 indirect ones. All this without counting what is generated during construction. Phase I is already finished and has private pools, a community pool, views of the sea and the mountains, brand furniture and, in my opinion, the best thing, large terraces. As for the houses, they have between three and five bedrooms and the interior design has been carried out by the González Casaus studio.



Luxury homes with Fendi DNA and Marbella
In phase II there will be homes between 400 and 1,000 square meters, duplex-type apartments, private swimming pools, and good design conceived between FENDI Casa, led by Andrea Boschetti, and The One Atelier studio. This last company tells us that noble materials have been used in the homes, such as travertine marble in the bathrooms, calacatta marble or oak wood in stairs and flooring.
The residences include a state-of-the-art Technogym personalized gym, to practice exercise when we are not in the 25-meter pool, in the private spa, or one of the complex’s Turkish baths or saunas. Of course, the penthouses will have infinity pools and areas to install the barbecue.



House prices will range from 2 to 7 million euros
The creators of Epic Marbella want this complex to be the new benchmark for luxury resorts. Home prices range between 2.5 million euros and 7 million euros, which leaves a very exclusive range of buyers, surely the majority of international origin.
Basically, the simplicity of the complexes is what can endorse their success. It is a pleasant place, climatologically and socially speaking, with generous spaces to install comfortable and practical residences, and with green spaces everywhere. In short, the perfect place to build homes with modern styles, with lots of light and few partitions, a good dose of home automation and high energy efficiency.



It will have a spa, golf course, social club and sports center
In addition, the homes will have high-quality common facilities, such as a spa with a 25-meter pool, a sports center, a virtual golf simulator, a basketball court, a yoga and pilates area. Amenities to which must be added a social club with a movie theater, gastrobar, coworking area and a children’s area of up to 200 square meters.
